What are the 5 best exercises? From home

Skipping rope

Is not it ironic that the best piece of cardio equipment is also the cheapest? Jump rope, even at a moderate pace allows you to burn more calories than jogging, but its cardiovascular benefits are just the beginning. And with the right technique, jumping rope is very low impact, in fact, much more than jogging.

Skipping rope can be modified to build speed, coordination, agility, and self. Try doing that with a treadmill.

Burpees

What are burpees? Burpees are a full body exercise, the cardio-vascular benefits, muscular endurance, leg strength and agility even has advantages. All in 1 move. To see the correct technique, simply enter the word on YouTube, and check out one of the videos on there.

I should note that if you lose a significant amount of weight have, avoid the jump phase of the move. Besides, even if you avoid at your ideal weight and still weigh over about 220 pounds, the phase jump.

Squats

Squats work almost the entire lower body. Try finding an exercise (besides burpees) that only works many muscles in one movement. Try not to squat on YouTube. There are many videos on there with bad technique, and I do not want to learn that the wrong train. There is a very simple way to teach you to squat correctly.

Take a chair, a bench, a platform where everything is slightly below the level of the knee. Stand facing away from the platform (or chair, or whatever) about 2-4 cm, and tap the butt to get it immediately. Note that I said "Do not touch your butt out." I did not say "sit down and relax before it on your next repetition."

Pushups and variations

One of the cool things about push-ups, as they are adaptable to different strengths. If you can not do the standard push-ups, do wall push-aways. There are about half a meter away from the wall, and just press themselves away from it.

The next step in difficulty makes a push-up on his knees.

The next step is an incline pushup on your feet.

The next step is the regular pushups.

If you're a real man, like pushups try with one leg in the air. Still too easy for you? Try a left-handed pushups.

Scapular Wall Slides

This exercise looks simple, but it is still very advanced modest weightlifter. Check out this video for the proper technique:here

Some points I would like you to draw your attention: - Notice how low he brings his arms with it.

- You should butt, upper back and the back of the head in contact with all of the wall

- Keep your wrists in contact with the wall. This is very important.

- Hold the bottom position for 3 seconds.

I will not tell you what muscles does it. After doing this for 10 reps, you will find out for themselves.
